My stay here was quite frustrating. The rooms were outdated and not very clean, with bugs being a major concern. I had a severe issue when the power went out and the lack of assistance from the staff was appalling. It seems like they didn’t care much for their guests, especially those with health needs. On a positive note, the appliances in the room worked fine and the beds were relatively clean, which was a small relief amidst all the chaos.

Our stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the location was lovely and provided a great view, the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities left much to be desired. The room setup was spacious, but the furnishings were outdated and not entirely clean. Customer service was inconsistent, with some staff being very helpful while others didn’t seem to care much. Overall, I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I also wouldn’t wholeheartedly recommend it without reservations.
